Advanced soft brew course - coming soon


This course will give you an understanding of how to improve your brew. To get the most from this course you must have an understanding of brewing coffee, creating a brew recipe, it is recommended that you complete the Soft brew fundamentals course first. 

We will cover the effects of different variables on taste, extraction theory, how to measure your extraction using a refractometer and the effects of different water on coffee flavour.

This course will run over 2.5 hrs and will be mostly hands-on practical and a lot of tasting!

 NB: All courses must be booked 72hrs prior to the scheduled start, if not we reserve the right to cancel the class.
