Advanced espresso course


This course is for the Barista that wants to take their knowledge to the next level. To get the most out of this course you should have completed the Espresso fundamentals course or have a basic understanding of making coffee, brew recipes and extraction. 

This course will cover coffee processing, the effects of temperature on coffee flavour, dosing, extraction theory, how to use a refractometer to measure your extraction and water quality.

This course is run over 2.5 hrs and will be a bit of theory, practical and lots of tasting!

NB: All courses must be booked 72hrs prior to the scheduled start, if not we reserve the right to cancel the class.
